- 3 Night Accommodations; Check-in day is Thursday, October 09, 2025, and Check-out day is Sunday 12 October, 2025.
- Accommodation includes buffet breakfast and room.
- Check-in time is 14:00, hotel check-out time is 12:00, early check-in and late check-out are charged extra.

- Fees Not Include %10 VAT. Changes in taxes applied in Türkiye will be reflected in the fees.
- Our congress main hotel is Radisson Blu Sisli, on the European side of Istanbul. We kindly request you to use Istanbul Airport (IST)
Cancellation and Refund Policy;
- We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary. Delegates may receive a refund less 50€ processing fee for cancellation requests made by July 10, 2025 at 23:59 (GMT+3).
- No refunds will be granted for cancellation after July 11, 2025.
- If you have to cancel your participation and would like to be refunded, please send by e-mail a written request to cagla.incecik@burkon.com
- Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros.
- SEPI 2025 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
- By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy.
